“Love is a combination of care, commitment, knowledge, responsibility, respect and trust”

I work with adults ages 18+, and I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and polycules of all backgrounds and identities navigate interpersonal dynamics, grief, trauma, and the impact of oppressive systems. My goal is to help you access your depth of emotional experience to live a more authentic life.
I use an integrative and exploratory approach to therapy, which combines relational, depth, internal family systems, emotion-focused, Gottman principles, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches.
I do not participate in ableist compliance-based behavioral therapies and prefer to tailor therapy to support the specific needs of each client.

There are a number of sliding scale spots reserved for BIPOC, the LGBTQIA+ community, and those with financial need. The above fee range does not reflect the sliding scale fee range. The Green Bottle image is a helpful guide to determine appropriateness. Please contact me for more information.

Your first few meetings are reserved for us to get to know each other, you will be asked questions about yourself and your goals, and this time will be used to determine if working together is a good fit. If for whatever reason, it is determined we are not a good fit, other therapy options or referrals will be provided.
